自动重启的问题，重装了2回系统依旧解决不了问题

请在事件记录器中将详细的错误记录复制粘贴过来，并且如果还有自动重启的问题，请按照下面步骤操作：

1、打开我的电脑/控制面板/系统属性；
2、单击“高级”选项卡；
3、单击“启动和故障恢复”框内的“设置”按钮；
4、取消选择“自动重新启动”的复选框；
5、单击“确定”按钮两次；
6、下次自动重启时系统会出现蓝屏画面，记下蓝屏画面里面的STOP错误代码（屏幕下方）和一串完全大写的英文字符（屏幕上方）。根据STOP代码（类似STOP 0x0000000a）和那串英文字符（类似BAD_POOL_CALLER）就可以排查问题了。如果屏幕下方有什么文件（如：nv4.dll等）引起蓝屏的提示，千万要记下是哪个文件引起的！

Check to make sure any new hardware or software or software manufacturer fou any windows uodates you might need.
If problems continue.disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software ,bisable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or Advanced start up options.and then select safe mode /
